Jan 2007 APHA Chestnut Overo Gelding. This is one nicely marked fella with a personality and temperament that can't be beat. We have always considered him a Western pleasure horse. He is great on the trails and he will pretty much do anything you ask of him, be it opening gates or whatever. He is as bomb proof as a horse could be. Nothing seems to bother him. Lately he has been used as an English lesson horse. The instructor seemed to think he had lots of dressage potential. He became pretty good with his lead changes, side passing, and would even go straight from a walk to a canter. It is fair to say that he is very versatile. Rufus stands about 15.3 HH and is both correct and sound.
